Woman's Hospital offers the community hundreds of informative, entertaining classes-all dedicated to improving the health of women and infants.

Our wide selection of pregnancy and parenting classes is just the beginning- Woman's offers classes for women during all stages of life, including topics as such as health and wellness, nutrition, coping with stress and illness, and other topics vital to a healthy, fulfilling life. Most classes are held at Woman's Hospital or Woman's Center for Wellness.

Once you have found the class you are interested in, you'll be prompted to log into your My Woman’s account to review and book the class online. If you are a new user – sign up is quick and once you are logged in – any classes you book online will be saved to your My Reminders page in your My Woman’s account.
